Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Clemente's Cafe. Here's everything you need to know about how your coffee gets to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally yet — join our email list and we'll let you know when we do.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We roast and pack in small batches to keep your coffee fresh, so occasionally an order may take an extra day — we'll always keep you posted.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard shipping (USPS/UPS) typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order ships. Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information as soon as it ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or the carrier marks it delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days at clementescafe@gmail.com and we'll make it right — see our Refund Policy for details.
